About CertiQA Inc.

Who is behind CertiQA, and why we built it.

If you are about to trust a testing tool with your agents and your staging systems, it is reasonable to ask who made it. CertiQA Inc. was founded by someone who spent years on release pipelines and enterprise integrations, and ran into the same problems you probably have.

Every time software takes a big step forward, testing is treated as an afterthought until something breaks in production. CertiQA exists so teams can ship AI agents with evidence behind them.

Manasa has spent more than a decade in software reliability, from flaky test suites and CI/CD pipelines to enterprise system integrations. CertiQA grew out of the problems she kept running into along the way.

Where the ideas came from

Three problems that kept coming back.

Flaky tests slow everyone down

Working on DevOps and CI/CD, the day-to-day problem was flaky tests that stalled merges and brittle regression scripts. Teams only move quickly when their automation can be trusted.

Integrations are hard to test

In enterprise implementations, critical business logic ran through systems connected by asynchronous integrations, and a lot of it was checked by hand. Multi-system workflows need end-to-end scenarios, not just unit assertions.

Agents change what a test is

An AI agent answers differently each run and can call tools with real effects. Testing it means judging the whole conversation and every tool call, not comparing one output to one expected value.

What that led to

How each problem shaped the product.

Judge the whole run

CertiQA scores tool calls, arguments and answers across a conversation, not just the final reply.

AI agent testing

Catch regressions before merge

A prompt edit or a model update can quietly change behavior. A CI gate can fail the build before it ships.

Features

Keep real systems safe

Tools are mocked during runs, and secrets are encrypted. Teams with stricter needs can run in their own network.

Security

FAQ

About CertiQA

What is CertiQA?

CertiQA is a testing platform for AI agents and web applications. It tests agents with mocked tools, an LLM judge and OWASP LLM Top 10 attacks, can fail a CI build on a regression, and automates web UI tests with self-healing locators.

Who founded CertiQA?

CertiQA was founded by Manasa K, who worked in DevOps and CI/CD and then in enterprise implementations and systems integrations before building CertiQA.

What is the legal name of the company?

The company is CertiQA Inc. The product is called CertiQA.

Why was CertiQA built?

Traditional tests expect the same answer every run. AI agents answer differently each time and can call tools with real side effects, so teams need a way to test them safely, repeatedly and before release. CertiQA was built to do that, alongside the UI and API testing teams already need.
