How to use it
Point it at an agent you actually ship. Tools are mocked, so nothing real is touched, and the findings come from your own agent rather than a demo. A one-minute agent run costs about 8 credits, so 500 credits cover roughly 60 of them. If you wire a quality gate into your pipeline, subscribe before day 14 so CI keeps running.
What happens after
We email you 3, 2 and 1 days before it ends. Then access pauses and CI runs stop until you subscribe. Your projects and tests are kept. If you need more time or credits to finish an evaluation, contact us.

Credits are the monthly allowance each plan includes for test runs and AI-assisted features such as test generation. A web UI or API run costs 1 credit plus 2 per execution minute, and an agent run costs 3 plus 5 per minute. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Pre-paid credit packs you buy separately do not expire, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where the law requires. If you need more time or credits to finish an evaluation, contact us.
Can I bring my own LLM API keys (BYOK)?
Yes. You can add your own provider keys during the trial. After you subscribe, multi-provider BYOK with dynamic cost routing is included in Team Pro Plus and Enterprise Ultra. Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption and are never exposed in browser builds.
Can I run CertiQA inside my own cloud?
Yes, on Enterprise Ultra. Customer-hosted runners sit inside your VPC and connect outbound over HTTPS, with no inbound firewall ports opened, so staging data and private keys stay inside your perimeter.
Security and deploymentCan I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing settings. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to renew. Annual plans renew automatically, and we email the account admins 30 days beforehand.
